Licentiate with the International Dance Teacher's Association (Ballroom Highly Commended) and Latin (Highly Commended). Licentiate with the Canadian Dance Teacher's Association (Latin - Highly Commended) , and a Full Board Scrutineer (Imperial Society of Dance Teachers).

A former Canadian Professional 10 Dance World Representative, and a Ballroom Representative, and a former Canadian Professional Finalist in Ballroom and Latin. She is a Member with C.D.T.A. (Latin H.C.) and a full Member with I.D.T.A. Mandy has been a professional dancer and in the Canadian finals for seventeen years. She is also a certified scrutineer with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance.
