Not only are her lessons a ton of fun, but for expertise, skill, teaching ability, and attention to detail she's right up there with the best of them. She trained extensively in the UK, where she has competed at the highest levels, coached by some of the most famous names in the business. In the South Okanagan she's the one to beat, by a dance floor mile. If you want to learn proper technique - which will make you look and feel fantastic - Mandy's the way to go."

She took the time to explain the details and mechanics behind the movements, which really helped me understand what I was doing and why. The classes were also an excellent and genuinely fun workout.
